How much do you charge???
Ahh yes, the biggest question of all! We estimate our prices based on the level of clean and the square footage and bill based on the actual number of man-hours used. Our estimates & invoices are nearly always identical. A typical, mid-range deep clean for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house runs between $200 and $250.
Our general, recurring cleaning clients pay between $80 and $180 depending on home size, difficulty, and cleaning frequency.

Do you offer regular or recurring cleaning?
Yes! Most of our new, deep-clean or spring cleaning clients opt into weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning to keep their homes & offices year-round clean.
We can work around your schedule and are flexible when it comes to changes. Life happens for all of us!
