Most often a deep-clean situation, we will come in and make sure you're leaving the place in the best condition that you can, or moving into a clean and pristine place.
We will deep clean the appliances, kitchen, bathrooms. Wipe down and spot scrub baseboards and door frames. Clean insides and outsides of windows (when able). Scrub floors, remove cobwebs, dust & wipe down ceiling fans.
And, if you're moving in, we will give you our best price for keeping it clean.
As we mentioned above, we do handle janitorial work for some of our business clients, and not just for small offices. We do weekly, deep locker room cleaning to make sure they start every week with a squeaky clean & sanitized locker room.
We clean medical offices, dental offices, book stores. We take care of industrial & manufacturing offices, construction offices. We keep it clean so you can keep it smooth.

We can accomodate nearly every situation to make sure that you're taken care of. We help some of our regular older clients with small organizing tasks, laundry, and trash/recycling. We can do certain areas every service and other only upon request.
If you're throwing a party in a rented space or at your own home or office, we can come in afterwards to help put it back in order.
We can come out on an hourly basis to help put the space back the way you found it. Just reach out ahead of time to make sure that we can have one or two cleaners available.



When we create an estimate for your home, we use our experience to determine how long it will take us to get your space nice and clean. Some houses have years' worth of dirt and grime that we need to cut through, while other might only have a layer of dust.
That means that the 1,200 square foot, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house might cost more to deep clean than the 2,500 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom with a family room, dining room, and game room.
We can give you our best guess on here or over the phone, but, we won't be sure until we see it in person and make sure that we're both on the same page.
There are a lot of national or regional "cleaning" or "janitorial" businesses out there soliciting for you business, but they're usually just middle-men looking to scalp a few dollars per hour from the people doing the actual work.
