One-Time Deep Cleans
For those of us who need extra help once or twice per year.
Many times, we get called for a deep clean after a construction project ends, when someone is moving into or out of a house, or there is some kind of change in living situation.
For our business customers, a new manager or owner may want to right the ship and a clean working space is the best first step.
General/Recurring Cleaning
On your schedule, as often as you need. The majority of our recurring clients opt for bi-weekly cleaning to prevent their home from ever getting dirty again. We have weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, and monthly customers.
For our business clients, we have daily/nightly, 3x per week, 2x per week, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly clients.
We typically begin our cleaning journey together with a deep-clean to get your area(s) back to good. Then, we keep it that way with our 100% Mess-Free, Stress-Free Guarantee.
Move-In & Move-Out
Most often a deep-clean situation, we will come in and make sure you're leaving the place in the best condition that you can, or moving into a clean and pristine place.
We will deep clean the appliances, kitchen, bathrooms. Wipe down and spot scrub baseboards and door frames. Clean insides and outsides of windows (when able). Scrub floors, remove cobwebs, dust & wipe down ceiling fans.
And, if you're moving in, we will give you our best price for keeping it clean.
Commercial
As we mentioned above, we do handle janitorial work for some of our business clients, and not just for small offices. We do weekly, deep locker room cleaning to make sure they start every week with a squeaky clean & sanitized locker room.
We clean medical offices, dental offices, book stores. We take care of industrial & manufacturing offices, construction offices. We keep it clean so you can keep it smooth.
Custom Cleans & A la carte
Whether its your budget, your schedule, or the space doesn't fit cleanly into a box - we will make it work!
We can accomodate nearly every situation to make sure that you're taken care of. We help some of our regular older clients with small organizing tasks, laundry, and trash/recycling. We can do certain areas every service and other only upon request.
Parties & Events
If you're throwing a party in a rented space or at your own home or office, we can come in afterwards to help put it back in order.
We can come out on an hourly basis to help put the space back the way you found it. Just reach out ahead of time to make sure that we can have one or two cleaners available.
How Much Will It Cost?
Home
When we create an estimate for your home, we use our experience to determine how long it will take us to get your space nice and clean. Some houses have years' worth of dirt and grime that we need to cut through, while other might only have a layer of dust.
That means that the 1,200 square foot, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house might cost more to deep clean than the 2,500 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom with a family room, dining room, and game room.
We can give you our best guess on here or over the phone, but, we won't be sure until we see it in person and make sure that we're both on the same page.
Business
There are a lot of national or regional "cleaning" or "janitorial" businesses out there soliciting for you business, but they're usually just middle-men looking to scalp a few dollars per hour from the people doing the actual work.
Unlike them, we don't bid our commercial clients by the square foot from halfway across the country. Instead, we show up, in person, to walk the space and make sure that we know exactly what will make your business better.
Our cleaners make more than the people who those big sales companies hire and they know exactly what needs done because we train them for each and every commercial client.
Example Price List
For whole-house deep cleans, we will go over the scope with you. We don't normally deep clean appliances unless requested. We aren't a moving company so moving or repositioning heavy furniture and appliances isn't our thing. We will advise you on what we will be able to complete in the amount of time you have budgeted for to make sure that we make the most of those hours and get your home or business the cleanest it's ever been.
For many clients who want to get on our regular schedule, we start them off with a one-time deep clean so that we have a clean slate. For a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in our area, most of our customers have paid between $225 and $375 with some much higher for very large homes or businesses.
For commercial build-outs, we've done floor-to-ceiling wipe downs for dust, vacuum & mop, polished hardware, and sanitized high-touch areas before a grand opening. For a simple storefront or an apartment after a renovation, most clients pay between $225 and $450.
It will always be clean, but working together for a long time gives us the chance to anticipate things and stay one step ahead.For small offices done once per month, our clients will pay between $125 and $160. For the weekly services, or more frequent, clients pay between $85 and $185 per service, depending on the size and scope of work.
We will still charge the same way--based on the amount of time our cleaners are doing their thing. If you wanted a deep clean of the entire house but can't afford it, we can come in and deep clean the most important parts now and come back another time to finish it off.
Just remember, it's all about time savings for you or your business. If it would take you 6 hours to clean the kitchen but we come in and knock it out in 2, that's 6 hours your keeping for yourself.
